Recreate the famous “Poolside Gossip” photo with Nelda Linsk from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Join Beyond Balisage’s Chef Daniel for a cooking demo at the Ferguson Kitchen at 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Join author, humorist and tour guide Charles Phoenix, as he shares stories from his latest book, followed by an “Addicted to Americana” book signing. The Steel & Glass ($35) home tour showcases a home built entirely of steel based on the original plans of a noted midcentury modern Palm Springs architect. Hotel Lautner, the desert getaway built in 1947 by John Lautner, introduces their collection of three restored and newly designed boutique properties called The Lautner Compound ($50).
